Is this a view inside your home?

I understand what you mean about giving things away and simplifying. It's so much nicer, though far easier to accumulate, however unintentional.

I didn't realize that you don't get Netflix. I hope it- or something like it- comes your way soon.

I'm with you regarding Law & Order. Criminal Intent was my favorite, but has really struggled here. I don't think it's long for this world. The original L&O has been cancelled for next season, yet they're replacing it with L&O Los Angeles. Not sure what sort of sense that's supposed to make.

We certainly watch NCIS, both original and Los Angeles. The problem with Law & Order, is we prefer Criminal Intent, and that pops off the UK channels, and its definitely not a re-watch hence buyable series.

What you guys up to in Oz? Neighbours/Home&Away?

I vaguely remember taking transfer flights to India once upon a time and we got stuck there too. Same issue; the connecting flight's ground crew had no idea what was going on and stuffed us about - waiting 6 hours for *any* information is just horrible...

Since then I have only had non-direct flights with the same airline - in this case, flying to Australia with Singapore Airlines.

The last time I flew, in September, I was late getting back to Singapore from Heathrow, and was very worried that I would be staying in Singapore Airport until the next morning.

But lo and behold, I got off one flight, meet ground crew and quickly rushed all the way through the airport - literally from one side to the other - and put onto the connecting flight.

I've been contemplating doing the same on my commute, but haven't pulled the trigger yet. Partially for the same reasons you've outlined.
